ISO 9001:2015 audit successfully passed – Pharmakon Software sets new quality standards!
In October 2024, it was time again – Pharmakon successfully passed the ISO 9001:2015 audit! The certification has been renewed until October 2025 and once again confirms our high standards in quality management for our Pharma-CRM. A special focus was placed on our software development, company management, and the key topic of customer satisfaction. The result? We were able to demonstrate that our internal processes and pharmaceutical validation meet the highest quality standards. Our motto: Making good even better. Every year, we identify new measures for improvement and implement them consistently – for us and for our customers.
