15 years of expertise and commitment – We celebrate Olga Salomatina! 🎉
We are celebrating a very special anniversary: Our Senior Developer Olga Salomatina has been part of Pharmakon for an incredible 15 years!

In 2009, Olga began her journey with us right after completing her thesis on “Usability Optimization of the CRM Application C-World” at Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences. Since then, she has significantly shaped the development of our Pharma-CRM solutions with her extensive know-how and tireless commitment.

After a parental leave break, she returned to us – it is very important to us that family and career can be well combined. We support this with flexible working hours and home office options. Olga is now almost back full-time and enriches our team.

Dear Olga, thank you for 15 years full of innovation, passion, and teamwork! We are proud to have you on board and look forward to many more years together! 💐
